If your skill sets align to an open position, a member of the Talent Team will reach out to you. From there, candidates generally have an interview with the hiring manager before proceeding to an onsite or virtual interview panel.

After interviews have been completed, it is time to decide if the role and team are a fit. If both Confluent and you are aligned, we will begin the offer and onboarding process!
