Black History Month

In February, we explored what it means to truly #AmplifyBlackVoices. With the Blackfluent ERG's leadership, we discussed the importance of allyship and advocacy and heard from some of Confluent's Black leaders and visionaries.

Women's History Month

Our Women's Inclusion Network (WIN) ERG led our recognition of Women's History Month. Initiatives included a written #BreaktheBias series, an employee panel, and some of our ERG Program's first in-person events!

One Team Week

In April, our Experience Ambassadors hosted our second annual One Team Week - a celebration of our #oneteam value and all that our employees bring to our company. We marked the occasion with in-person and virtual celebrations across the globe.

Spotlight on ERGs

We are proud to sponsor eight employee resource groups (ERGs) with a membership base of over 700 employees. Each ERG is designed to provide opportunities for employees to build community around shared identities, collaborate, and develop professionally. Members and allies welcome!

AccessAbility Team (A-Team)

Build a supportive community for all employees impacted by disabilities of any kind and promote accessibility in our people programs and product.

Asians @ Confluent (ACON)

Build a premier professional development and advocacy group for Confluent’s Pan-Asian community.


Grow, empower, and champion the Black communities within and outside of Confluent while fostering meaningful action from allies.


Create an inclusive and equitable space to champion all Latinx employees and their heritage through development opportunities, outreach, and advocacy.

Parents and Caregivers Embraced (PACE)

Create a community for parents and caregivers to engage in authentic and supportive conversations, advocate for our needs, and normalize our experiences.


Build a supportive, visible community for queer employees and allies where they will always belong and be heard.

Veterans Network (VetNet)

Create a veteran-friendly workplace that empowers, supports, and builds camaraderie among veterans at Confluent and in the community.
