Pride Month

Our Queerfluent ERG helped all LGBTQIA+ employees and allies recognize Pride this June. Celebrations included everything from a dance party to an empowering development workshop, family storybook hour, and drag queen bingo.

Confluent’s 7th Birthday

Confluent turned 7 years old in September! Our culture champions, the Experience Ambassadors, hosted a number of “Hybrid Hangouts” for our employees across the globe to celebrate this milestone - our first as a public company.

Latinx & Hispanic Heritage Month

The Conmigos ERG’s theme for this yearly recognition was Fuerza y Esperanza - Strength and Hope. Conmigos and allies celebrate with a kickoff happy hour, by sharing member spotlights, and by hosting a fireside in partnership with their executive sponsors.

Spotlight on ERGs

We are proud to sponsor eight employee resource groups (ERGs) with a membership base of over 700 employees. Each ERG is designed to provide opportunities for employees to build community around shared identities, collaborate, and develop professionally. Members and allies welcome!

AccessAbility Team (A-Team)

Build a supportive community for all employees impacted by disabilities of any kind and promote accessibility in our people programs and product.

Build a premier professional development and advocacy group for Confluent’s Pan-Asian community.


Grow, empower, and champion the Black communities within and outside of Confluent while fostering meaningful action from allies.
