Who We Are

The Customer Solutions & Innovation Division provides cross-functional best-in-class event streaming expertise and innovation to improve productivity across Confluent and improve our go to market customer experience.

The Customer Labs team drives customer success by rapidly incubating and producing weighted solutions expertise addressing customer and partner needs. They create solutions, tools, and working code examples/demos; develop standards, processes, and governance, and rapidly prototype assets and ideas. 

We are passionate about helping our graduates kick start their careers through our Development Program. Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge.

  • You have the ability to write clean and secure code, and develop quality software
  • You enjoy using technology to solve challenges on your own or as part of a team
  • You work to a high stand and have a healthy appetite to learn from the team and autonomously 
  • You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful delivery of the team objectives.
  • You will work closely with technical team members both in the office and remotelyIT/development focus is preferred but no specific degree requiredYou display an excitement and passion for your work
