About the Role
This is a leadership role within Marketing Operations and will work cross functionally to drive strategy, management and optimization of marketing technology and marketing data platforms for product led growth, pipe generation, lead funnel and campaign performance.
You and your team will identify technology gaps, define business requirements and lead vendor selection processes. You will actively monitor and maintain the health of our marketing technology stack and assess the efficacy of our systems and processes in partnership with business stakeholders inside and outside of marketing. And you and your team will be responsible for implementing and enabling users on key technology and systems.
As our martech stack relies on robust marketing data, you and the team will define and align our marketing data strategy in service of our revenue growth engine. You and the team will partner across Marketing Ops and other stakeholder groups and act as our marketing data stewards; you will work with business partners to define data requirements and governance and you help ensure data compliance, cleansing, reporting and administration.
This is not a “stay in your lane” role as the ideal candidate should thrive working cross-functionally to help define strategy, eliminate ambiguity, derive insights that will inform decisions, communicate at all levels and foster collaboration to solve complex problems and create big picture solutions. Part technology strategy and expertise, business strategy and analysis, operations and project management, this role is ideal for a transformational leader.
