About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Global Workplace Supervisor to join our Workplace team to provide support and technical expertise with building systems and operations in our Global facilities, including Bay Area, Austin, London, Bangalore, and Dubai. Prior experience with a technology company, establishing workplace policy and process in a fast growth tech company is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee Facilities & Physical Office Management of our leased locations - Mountain View, London, Austin, Bangalore, Dubai
  • Manage, hire, and delegate to a growing global team of Workplace Specialists and Coordinators in our leased building - Mountain View, Austin, London, Bangalore, and Dubai, partnering with Regional Community Leads
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our global leased locations, including Mountain View, Austin, London, Bangalore, and Dubai. This includes vendor management and maintenance of all installs, inspections, repairs, and maintenance to building systems (including associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, janitorial, property, and waste management)
  • Manage and maintain the security program in liaison with the IT, People, InfoSec, and other internal teams
  • Manage the physical badges, employee access, internal policies, and Lost & Found for global leased offices
  • Manage and maintain the Shipping & Receiving Program for global leased offices. This includes the physical space, vendor management (DHL, FedEx, Envoy etc.), & internal programs/policies
  • Perform and manage global day to day operations and delivery of small and large MAC move projects, space preparation and maintenance, furniture adjustments, space audits and on demand requests
  • Ensure EHS compliance within the company (i.e. Cintas, ShredIt, FirstAid)
  • Manage the Workplace Experience budget for global leased offices
  • Ensure efficiency and competitive pricing for all vendors
  • Perform QBRs and generate reports for Head of Real Estate and Workplace sharing current state of the world & where we can make improvements
  • Assist in executing the real estate strategy for your region
  • Support and manage Workplace Programs & Experience

What You Will Bring:

  • At minimum 3 years + of demonstrated success in all aspects of facilities management, project management and workplace services in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Interest and aptitude to grow as a people manager
  • Established track record fostering successful internal, external, and vendor relationships
  • Exposure to developing and managing facilities and workplace standards, budgets, and programs. Global is a plus!
  • Ownership mentality with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both verbally and written
  • Intermediate skills in Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets), Jira, and slack
