  • Uncover and develop core themes and a strategic plan for how they cascade to employees through our people, platforms (email, Slack, wiki, etc.) and events (All Hands, CKO, etc.)
  • Create the metrics for success to measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives and to inform future approaches
  • Play a central role in the communication of key company moments like quarterly earnings, team changes, M&A, and product and partner launches
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and playbooks to drive efficiency and predictability
  • Become a trusted advisor for all internal communications needs to our executive team and department heads

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience with internal communications and/or employee communications in high-growth environments

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility

  • Able to quickly react and respond with grace under pressure
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership
  • Creative problem solver
