About the Role
We are excited to be expanding our Talent Team in Bangalore! Your primary focus in this role will be on bringing on high-performing Engineering and Technical Talent. You'll also be helping to build our employer brand in the region and assisting with other local roles as needed.
Source, engage and hire world-class talent into Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles
Operationalise sourcing pipeline into measurable and metrics-driven campaigns
Collaborate with recruiting team and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies with hiring managers
Effectively partner with employees across the company to drive employee referrals
Manage the interview and recruiting process for candidates from identification and engagement all the way through to negotiation and closing
What we're looking for
1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree, Master a Plus
Ability to implement advanced searches and sourcing strategies for high-priority open roles
Experience using engagement strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and standard channels
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
