About The Role:

In this position, you will improve operations and processes that support company scale. You will focus on improving and standardizing global operations processes and automation through systems & work cross functionally with all People teams, and key stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and IT.

This is a remote position.

What You Will Do:

  • Build a culture of excellence and accountability by driving consistent, streamlined, and automated People Operations processes across the globe
  • Partner with globally distributed and highly cross-functional teams to scope and drive project outcomes in a highly collaborative approach
  • Use a data-based approach, to proactively identify improvement opportunities, deliver changes, and measure results
  • Develop clear and cohesive project plans, managing all stakeholders and deliverables according to timelines, to ensure we deliver on these key priorities

What You Will Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR / business strategy, project management, and/or business development
  • Highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes leading complex organizational initiatives (ideally within HR/People processes)
  • Experience with Workday business process design; including business requirements documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post implementation support
  • Extremely process and detailed oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, managing and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
  • Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
