About the Role
The Customer Solutions Group and Partner Enablement Team is part of Confluent’s Customer Solutions Group. Our goal is to simplify learning, making it easy for Confluent’s technical teams and partners to obtain the knowledge and skills they need to be more successful in selling and implementing Confluent solutions.
The Customer Solutions Group comprises our Global Tech Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Education functions. The ideal candidate for this Technical Enablement Manager role will align to one or a combination of these functions depending on experience.
This role will work closely with our Enablement Business Manager Teams, Technical SMEs, Instructional Designers, Technical Leads, and other key stakeholders to prepare internal teams for enablement programs and assist the core teams with the implementation and ongoing delivery of global internal training programs.
