About The Role:

As the Global Campaigns Manager, you will build and own integrated marketing campaigns and programs to target, engage, and nurture prospects across multiple channels (events, webinars, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs). In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to deliver holistic campaign plans that elevate market awareness of Confluent and drive demand and pipeline for our product and solutions. What You Will Do:

  • Manage end-to-end global campaign strategy and launch across Product Marketing, Creative/Interactive, Content, Partner, global Field Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Own and manage the master bill of materials for persona-based content to be used for top of funnel through bottom of funnel programs
  • Execute digital programs designed to inform and educate buyers on the value of event streaming from awareness through consideration 
  • Work with enablement and operations to ensure Sales & SDRs are enabled to successfully follow up and drive pipeline from campaigns
  • Partner with Field Enablement team to develop appropriate content, training and messaging to move prospects down the funnel
  • Work closely with partner marketing to develop and execute campaign content and strategies to reach prospects 
  • Support regional field marketing managers to coordinate & produce campaigns-in-a-box to generate and accelerate pipeline within region
  • Drive localization/translation workflows with internal and external teams globally
  • Manage & measure campaign pipegen performance against goals; share and report out on campaign’s performance at QBRs/quarterly retro’d meetings

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in campaign management related to B2B marketing, campaigns marketing, ABM marketing and/or product marketing
  • Proven track record of developing & managing campaigns that lead to pipe gen and deal velocity through end-to-end campaigns
  • Experience with tracking & preparing reporting analysis/insights related to key performance metrics for campaigns supporting a high velocity marketing & sales motion
  • Experience working with or leveraging partner ecosystems to execute campaign programs and impact pipeline
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a cross functional team, and experience in partnering with international teams
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management
  • Previous experience marketing to a technical audience of developers and knowledge of product led growth strategies to drive product adoption

What Gives You An Edge:

  • Experience with Marketo, ON24 or similar webinar platform, Salesforce
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies and building marketing programs with a large group of stakeholders.
  • Worked in a startup, bonus points if it’s within the data and analytics space.
