About the Role
The Order Management, Manager is part of the Field Operations team supporting transactional activities for global order processing. This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Legal in processing the Company's orders, which primarily include Subscription Services, Cloud Services, Professional Services, and Education. The Order Management Manager will be responsible for the organization, fulfillment, booking, and documentation of all transactions and ensuring compliance with all Company and business policies. In this role, you will be a key contributor in driving operational excellence for the Company. This role reports to the Order Management, Senior Manager.
What you’ll do
Lead the Americas Order Management team who has responsibility for the daily operations of order entry and processing in SFDC.
Drive a performance-oriented culture by focusing on Order Management KPIs
Consult and coordinate with business partners across the quote-to-order cycle to ensure the success of the function and business.
Continually analyzes business needs and addresses them through organizational design, process change, and team development.
Measures develops, supports, and motivates personnel to attain or exceed established goals.
Delivers daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested, including team performance reporting.
Ensures that the quality of teamwork meets identified team deliverables
Ability to manage staff, assign specific duties, and create a constructive and cooperative working relationship across business partners.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of related experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software or SaaS environment
2+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience building and maintaining Order Management processes with continuous quality improvement.
Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. Netsuite & SFDC experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with large data sets preferred
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (forecasting, bookings, revenue) Experience with GAP and SOX compliance
Excellent communication skills with employees, peers, and senior levels of management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
