About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Partner to join our Enterprise Sales Operations team to support our Central Enterprise sales leader in North America. This role will not only drive business critical initiatives to improve the performance and efficiency of the Enterprise team across all subregions and segments in the Central region but also provide vital sales metrics, in-depth business analytics, and recommendations to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a leader that has strong analytical skills, excellent professional communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior sales executives.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Business partnership and collaboration with North America sales leaders (including the cross-functional leaders and teams)
  • Annual fiscal planning - Sales coverage, territory carving, and quota setting
  • Weekly forecast and pipeline analytics & cadences
  • Sales methodology and sales processes standardization, adoption, and refinement
  • Field communications, In-depth business analytics, and recommendations to the leadership team

 

What You Will Bring:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market analytics, Sales Operations, consulting or banking experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM functionalities and advanced modeling skills with excel / g-sheets required
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences
  • Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper into understanding
  • Ability to display diplomatic and remarkable interpersonal skills with colleagues and other partners
  • Familiarity with Tableau and the ability to build dashboards is a plus

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.   This position has an annual estimated salary of 98,300 - 113,000 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
