About the Role:

We are looking to add an Events/Branding Specialist to our Talent Branding team. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders and business partners to help initiate, develop, and manage projects in line with our Talent Branding objectives.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage projects in line with our branding roadmap
  • Manage vendor relationships internally and externally (paid ads, job boards, diversity memberships)
  • Oversee our Talent Branding Ticketing system in collaboration with other team members
  • Work with business partners and talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure strategies are in line with company brand objectives
  • Create and manage an event self-service toolkit in addition to supporting talent acquisition teams for in-person and virtual events
  • Support recruitment and sourcing efforts for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and collaborate with internal and external diversity stakeholders

 
What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of talent branding experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and engagement events
  • Ability to deliver on projects at agreed-upon timelines
  • Experience connecting branding and recruitment effortsComfort working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally

 

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Experience directly working with internal and external diversity groups with focus on talent acquisition
