About the Role:

We are looking for a Front-End Software Engineer interested in building engaging and insightful products that enable creation, classification, and discovery of streaming data.. Developer experience is central to how companies operate and we aim to make that experience fast, intuitive and attractive. As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating new visualizations and interfaces that can scale with Confluent Cloud.

We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $117,500 - $132,200 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
