  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for tools such as Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, People.AI, Zoominfo, Saleshood, Databook, Decisionlink, Hoovers D&B, Seismic, Validity, Loopio, Lusha, and LeadIQ.
  • Act as subject matter expert for our GTM tool stack, data, and related processes.
  • Manage weekly onboarding and offboarding responsibilities to ensure new-hires are provisioned successfully and/or de-provisioned from all related tools upon departure. 
  • Assist with help desk technical and process troubleshooting tickets and requests.
  • Perform ongoing administrative duties such as creating new users, updating user details, and deactivating users within our tool stack.     
  • Audit and monitor user license allotments on a monthly basis.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate systems, tools and processes.
  • Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact.
  • Participate in end-to-end UAT Testing for tool related improvements. 
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on communicating and educating the field on any tool related system changes.
  • Oversee and help manage the technical configuration and setup for the Go-to-Market tool stack.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize new feature tool requests based on business needs and priorities.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Positive work style, focus on getting things done and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, People.AI, Zoominfo, Saleshood, Databook, Decisionlink, Hoovers D&B, Lusha, Seismic, Validity, Loopio, and LeadIQ is a strong plus
