About the Role
Equality and employee experience are foundational to the People Team at Confluent. To continue to support our rapidly scaling global team, we are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to partner with our Employee Relations Team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for ER and a consultative approach to help the organization resolve ER issues and mitigate risk. In this role, you will contribute by providing both hands-on and strategic support to the ER Team to support the resolution of ER issues and cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture.
This role will work closely with Confluent’s Employee Relations Team and the Employment Legal team to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace, and to respond appropriately, thoroughly, and fairly to employee concerns. We are looking for someone who has in-depth knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
