About the Role:       

As the PLG (Product-Led Growth) leader for Confluent, a company that combines an open-source product with commercial and enterprise sales motions, you will drive growth and adoption of the product through a combination of product-led strategies, pricing and packaging improvements and activation of sales engagement at the right time for the right user.
         

What You Will Do:       

• 10+ years of product management experience in a technology-focused company, with a significant portion of this experience being in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in a product-led growth role for a cloud product vendor
• 3+ years of management experience leading PLG teams
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud services    
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage deeply on technical topics with engineers and translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits 
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making   
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to align product, GTM, and sales tactics to drive organic growth at scale

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $231,000 - 271,600, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
