About the Role:  

As a Sr. GTM Systems Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Go-To-Market Systems Solution Team. This team is the engine behind driving internal system improvements and projects that translate challenging business needs for our stakeholders into real systems and process solutions.  
   
This newly created role will be a key member impacting GTM Systems and will actively accelerate our GTM operating model. You will work cross-functionally with our GTM organization to deliver enhancements and system changes. You will utilize your CPQ competencies to user acceptance test enhancements and changes to our CPQ system, which is a critical part of delivering a scalable and stable CPQ system to our stakeholders. This position will report to the Manager of GTM Systems Solutions.

What You Will Do:  

  • Act as the Product Owner for our CPQ tool for Deal Desk, Sales, and other field-facing roles regarding all CPQ changes and enhancements  
  • As the Product Owner for CPQ, you will be responsible for the tool’s roadmap and will drive, manage, and prioritize enhancements based on the feedback that you receive from business stakeholders  
  • Understand the impacts of CPQ changes and be able to recommend optimization and automation areas to feed into the CPQ product roadmap  
  • Work hand in hand with the Business Systems team via regular Scrum meetings and JIRA  
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria  
  • Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders), including drafting test scenarios, facilitating demos, UAT and sign-off  
  • Provide training to key business stakeholders on enhancements, including the process/training documentation creation  

   

What You Will Bring:  

  • 2+ Years of experience  
  • Strong understanding of systems and Salesforce CRM (objects, fields, and relationships)  
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ   
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills  
  • Self-motivated, responsible, creative, and highly driven  
  • Understanding of Sales/Deal Desk processes, procedures, and internal controls   

   

What Gives You an Edge:  

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company  
  • CPQ Admin Certification & Experience with Advanced Approvals  
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or related field  
  • Experience in a Cloud Consumption-focused company  
  • Project Management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) experience/certification   
  • Experience in a Sales, GTM Systems, or Deal Desk role   
  • Cloud Marketplace knowledge a plus  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $98,500 - $115,740 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
