Confluent is pioneering a fundamentally new category of data infrastructure focused on data in motion. • Understand the complexities of GTM models and help determine the most efficient route to higher growth
  • Be the pathfinder who develops a data-based perspective on a complex problem, is able to convince others of your beliefs, and can lead in the initial stages of implementation.
  • Develop outstanding key internal stakeholder relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance.

What You Will Bring:

  • BS degree, preferably with an MBA focused on Strategy, Business, or Operations
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience; prior experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Strategy required
  • Working knowledge of consumption-based SaaS organizations
