About the Role:

As a Product Operations TPM, you will play an important role in managing the intersection between product, engineering, field and go-to-market teams and ensuring that our teams can scale. Your primary focus will be on operating programs, identifying opportunities for iteration, and driving cross-functional initiatives intended to improve internal processes and operations. What You Will Bring:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Engineering and other crossfunctional teams to drive initiatives and projects around improving teams operating models, regularly communicating progress and status to key stakeholders.
  • Serve as custodian over various programs, ensuring broad awareness & process adherence, and building dashboards and reports around program health.
  • Lead and facilitate productive, crossfunctional meetings and drive decision-making with clear outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimizations and resolve roadblocks/challenges.
  • Write and maintain clear and concise internal documentation related to internal operations and processes, building flowcharts and diagrams as needed.
  • Working with product management as needed to assist with non-core product management related tasks, such as communications coordination or collecting and synthesizing customer insights.

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Prior TPM experience, a minimum of 3 years, in driving the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects
  • Strong experience building internal processes/programs and managing operations across teams in accordance with change management best practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to work with Product, Engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong experience building consensus and alignment among crossfunctional stakeholders on contentious issues.
  • Experience in highly agile environments applying JIRA, SQL and dashboarding skills
  • Background in product management and/or software engineering is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
