About the Role:
Confluent is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Partner Enablement Operations Specialist to join the Confluent GTM Excellence Team (GTMX). As Kafka and streaming data transform the enterprise data landscape, enabled resources and teams of experts will continue to be in high demand.
Our partners serve as important strategic and execution resources in accelerating our customers maturity as they adopt Confluents Data Streaming Platform (DSP). Many of these customers use Confluents products for mission-critical use cases, and your goal is to collaborate with your team to support our partner community and enable our customers to get the fullest value from Confluents suite of products.
The Partner Enablement Operations Specialist will support the Partner Excellence team's operational management, helping deliver a world-class partner enablement program. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including operational support, project management, and vendor relationship management. What You Will Do:
- Manage training calendars for global partner enablement delivery programs
- Collaborate with Partner Excellence, GTMX, and Partner Innovation Ecosystem teams to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for various partner enablement programs
- Work with the Partner Excellence Team and third party vendors to schedule training sessions, collect and manage attendee rosters, track and report training completions
- Process purchase requests and manage vendor payment schedules
- Prepare and assist with coordinating various enablement events and presentations
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams involved in designing, delivering, and reporting partner enablement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust and improve enablement operational processes
- Collaborate with the Learning Designers and other teams to design and build various enablement collateral (e-learning, data sheets, playbooks)
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management with an interest in working cross-functionally to enable partners and sales teams

- Desires to work cross functionally across the organization while fostering strong relationships to get sh*t done

- Strong written and verbal communication, with strong organizational skills
- Confident and experienced in analyzing processes to improve efficiencies and partner learning experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Self-led, motivated individual who works independently and on team projects
- Experience in reporting platforms (Tableau) and Google Suite programs

This position has an annual estimated salary of $95,700 - $112,500 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
