About the Role:

As Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for driving Confluent's paid search performance campaigns to drive performance and support continued business growth. You are our ideal candidate if you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS advertising, including strategy, messaging direction, execution, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Create and manage campaign budgets, bids, and ad placements to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Support AMER, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions through tailored strategies and solutions, partnering with digital support leads in those regions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy for maximum conversion rates
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising platforms, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in conducting keyword research using industry tools
  • Experience with social media management platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $96,100 - $112,950 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
