This role will reside under the Sales Operations organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in reporting and operationalizing key performance metrics, developing reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and actions
  • Frame and break down complex problems into key components, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes
  • Assist in our global consolidation efforts through process improvement and automation
  • Analyze and provide insights over key sales performance trends as part of the weekly forecast cadences, quarterly business reviews, and other key executive cadences 
  • Work on any ad-hoc data analysis to support global sales reporting and executive requests
  • Help to define, drive, and deliver strategic programs in partnership with global Sales Operations Business Partner

What You Will Bring:

  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment and is able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, understanding of basic statistical frameworks preferred 
  • Prior experience in an analytical position required (i.e. Sales Analytics, Data Science, FP&A), tech-industry and/or open-source software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Capability to master data at the granular level without losing sight of the bigger picture; an insight generator not a data generator
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information tailored to the audience across organizations including the executive team
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working with leveraging data from multiple sources to make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Excel, and SQL in a power-user capacity
  • Familiarity with a consumption-based business model a plus
