About the Role:

Are you a high achieving Enterprise Sales Executive who understands the transformational role that real-time data WILL play in driving business success? If so, we are seeking your talent as we are growing our top performing Solution led National Accounts Sales organization across AMER.

What You Will Do:

  • Articulate and manage a Complex Sales Cycle with responsibility for demonstrating the value of Confluent at C-Level  
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers, their strategies and business goals to become a trusted advisor  
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline as well as building robust sales strategies  
  • Align closely with our Solutions Engineering team on technical wins, Professional Services to deliver world-class customer experience, and Customer Success Management to identify and close expansion opportunities and renewals  

What You Will Bring:

  • You'll have successfully sold complex enterprise software solutions  
  • You work hard and smart and understand the value of hard work, repeatable behavior, and pipeline generation  
  • You'll have the ability to articulate, educate and sell the business value to businesses of all sizes  
  • You can demonstrate the ability to use Sales Methodology and Sales Process, proven by accurate forecasts and clear communication throughout the deal cycle  
  • Experience developing and improving processes and managing change within an organization

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $105,660 - $124,155, a competitive equity package and is also eligible for additional commission and/or bonus pay. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
