About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our investments and engagements with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner ecosystem. You will manage product-level relationships and establish joint innovation roadmaps with our ISV partners, and collaborate on removing frictions from our joint customer journeys. You will cover the full software development lifecycle for integrations with our partners' services, as well as for any infrastructure components that help facilitate our customer’s interactions with our product and the partner products. You will also be the champion for our ISV partners within the PM organization. 

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, documentation, marketing, and our field, to inform the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, relative to our CSP partners
• Collaborate with external partners, prospects and customers to gather feedback and insights to share with the team, enhance product-market fit, and strengthen Confluent’s value proposition

What You Will Bring:

• Understanding of the Streaming ISV partner ecosystem, including product strategies, GTM approaches, serviced personas, available approaches and tools, as well as customer pain points
• Experience of building, launching and measuring partner-focused programs, products and integrations 
• Strong business acumen and ability to align product and partner strategy with company goals and objectives
• Data-based insights that align with an understanding of measurement frameworks
• Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive growth mindset that contributes and supports our collaborative values and culture
• Desire to make a difference as part of the team shaping the next stage of our partner journey and joint strategy

• Understanding of the data streaming ecosystem, including our underlying technologies - Apache Kafka and Apache Flink, paired with a keen understanding of the cloud hyper-scalers' offerings and strategic direction

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $133,700 - $157,050 USD , an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
