About the Role:

Our recruiting team is not just comprised of recruiters but a lean, super productive, and fun team of talent acquisition professionals who believe in their contribution's impact at a fast-growing start-up. We strive to hire the best employees across the company. We also serve as cultural ambassadors for Confluent focused on delivering a delightful customer experience to every candidate, hiring manager, and team we work with. We are excited to be expanding our Talent Team in Singapore!

The ideal candidate will leverage both strong GTM and technical recruitment skills along with a keen understanding of the market and the Confluent opportunity to develop strategic recruiting strategies leading to a pipeline of highly relevant, diverse, technical candidates for Confluent positions, now and in the future.

What You Will Do:

  • Source, engage and hire world-class talent into GTM (Sales and CSG) roles
  • Operationalise sourcing pipeline into measurable and metrics-driven campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to  develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies with hiring managers
  • Effectively partner with employees across the company to drive employee referrals.
  • Should have managed APAC level leadership including AVP level
  • Manage the interview and recruiting process for candidates, including engagement through to negotiation and closing

What You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience Bachelor's Degree, Master a Plus
  • Ability to implement advanced searches and sourcing strategies for high-priority open roles
  • Experience using engagement strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and standard channels
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacity
