About the Role:

Confluent is scaling rapidly and our Recruiting Coordinators play an integral role in how we grow our team. This is a great opportunity to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders across the company to help bring in top talent. In this role, you will learn foundational recruiting, HR and operations skills and impact one of the fastest growing start-ups in Silicon Valley. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work cross-functionally to provide a world-class candidate experience and act as an operations ambassador as we work to implement scalable processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate a high volume of global interviews including virtually & onsite.
  • Partner with recruiting and business stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and update candidate status and interactions in our recruiting systems.
  • Partner with our People team to ensure smooth new hire onboarding including background checks.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ year(s) work experience as a recruiting coordinator (similar sectors are a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within team structure.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability.
  • High sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in GSuite.

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Jobvite / GoodTime / HireRight are preferable (but not essential)
