Locations
Americas (US & Canada)
We hire across the 50 states of America and Canada. Internship Duration: 12-week internships (candidates in 3rd year undergrad, 1st year grad, 1L/2L and Ph.D students)
EMEA (London & Spain)
We hire primarily in London but also expand to Northern Ireland and Spain. Internship Duration: 12-week and 1 year internships (candidates in penultimate or second year)
APAC (Bangalore)
We hire across India. Internship Duration: 6-month internships (candidates in final year of study)

Early Talent
Build your career in tech and connect with mentors to guide your career development. We’re currently hiring candidates with 1.5 years experience or less for full-time opportunities.
FAQs
Confluent internships are usually 12 weeks long. Our largest cohort in North America starts in May and June, while our placement hires in the UK typically start in June, and our internships kick off in January in India.
Yes, we hire our Early Talent roles specifically for students who are currently enrolled in a two or four-year school.
The hiring process for our Early Talent roles is the same no matter how far you have progressed previously. We ask for six months between applications.
Visa requirements differ across our internships, placement hires, and full-time roles. Please provide your information during the application process so Confluent can assess its ability for sponsorship.
If you’ve already been contacted by a member of the hiring team, you can simply send them your updated resume.
Depends on the Early Talent position but typically it starts with an application, a technical assessment (if required,) a chat with a recruiter, a first round of interviews, and a final round of interviews. At the conclusion of this process is the evaluation period followed by an application status from the recruiting team.
