About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Manager, People Services Enablement to improve global people operations and processes that support company scale. Reporting into the Senior Director, Global People Operations and Technology, you will work closely with regional team managers and leads across Operations and HRIS, broadly known as the People Services Team.

The ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in global HR operations and proven success identifying improvement and automation opportunities. In addition to process improvements, this person will successfully identify core enablement needs, and build key processes and tasks supporting knowledge management, SOP documentation, and training for the People Services team. Operational project support for these initiatives will come from team members within the People Services team, so experience managing direct or dotted line relationships is ideal.

The ability to work independently and cross-functionally to meet all stakeholder needs and influence change will be critical for success in this role. You will work cross functionally with all People teams such as Total Rewards, Business Partners, and Talent, as well as with other key stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and IT.

What You Will Do:

  • Demonstrated experience building a culture of excellence and accountability by driving consistent, streamlined, and automated People Operations processes across the globe.

  • Partner with globally distributed and highly cross-functional teams to scope and drive project outcomes in a highly collaborative approach.

  • Use a data-based approach to proactively identify improvement opportunities, deliver changes, and measure results.

  • Develop clear and cohesive project plans, managing all stakeholders and deliverables according to timelines, to ensure we deliver on these key priorities.

What You Will Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of experience in HR operations and project management.

  • Highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes leading complex organizational initiatives within HR/People processes.

  • Experience with Workday business process design; including business requirements documentation and project management within Asana (or similar enterprise level tools)

  • Extremely process and detail oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and to simplify complex topics for broad audience

This position has an annual estimated salary of $147.5K – $173.3K • Offers Equity and a competitive equity package.
