About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Cloud Partner Specialist to impact the Cloud “flywheel” motions that drive high growth for Confluent. This individual will be critical to Confluent’s Cloud Partner GTM team and will support co-sell activities for our cloud partners: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.


As a Cloud Partner Specialist, you will own CSP co-sell pipeline integrity, deal registration, regional sales engagement with cloud partners, and other Cloud Partner GTM programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead all aspects of Confluent’s Cloud Partner Portal including registrations, win reports, pipeline reports etc.

  • Work closely with Confluent’s Cloud Partner Team and Confluent’s direct sales team to execute joint GTM Strategy

  • Drive proactive engagement to Cloud Partner sales teams to 1) create new sales pipeline and 2) accelerate existing sales pipeline

  • Confirm data accuracy and maintain integrity of partner sourced and partner influenced leads

  • Account mapping and sales team connections

  • Own and evangelize our joint value propositions

What You Will Bring:

  • Self-motivated, innovative, and passionate individual with excellent business acumen

  • 3-5 years of direct sales and/or partner sales experience in a Cloud / SaaS environment

  • Ability to internalize joint value propositions and present to Partner stakeholders

  • Track-record of cosell activity and engagement

  • Organized and internally driven with the ability to navigate and execute across multiple teams in a fast-moving organization

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Exhibits a growth mindset, curiosity, and ambition

  • Ability to collaborate as part of a cross functional team and work independently.

  • Experience working with cloud partners and their partner portals (AWS, Google, Microsoft)

  • Experience with SFDC
